Traffic is usually light to moderate, but can build up around peak dinner times and weekends near the marina and main resort corridor. If you’re driving, plan errands earlier in the day when possible.
Cabo has excellent options including large supermarkets and warehouse stores. Many guests stock up early for breakfasts, snacks, and beach-day supplies before settling in. There is a Costco very close to both rental locations as well as 2 Walmart locations in Cabo San Lucas.
