The hotel is beautiful and hyper new, they are still building it. The facilities exceeded our expectations, the cleanliness and attention of the staff as well, except at check-out. Breakfast was very rich and plentiful and it seems that on weekends it is buffet. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant which had some very delicious and reasonably priced dishes. The sea has a very nice temperature in that area, and quite high waves.

The wonderful attention of all the staff and their dedication to cleanliness and order. The room and bathroom were very comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet varied every day with options for all tastes. The pool and beach facilities were in good condition and well maintained. It was 5 excellent days of enjoyment and rest! Road to hotel was horrible.

Our Tips and Recommendations:
We fly to Panama City and rent a car. The drive is about an hour and a half. The last part of the road when you turn off the hiway is very bumpy. We stop at the Rey Supermarket in Costa Verde on the way to grab snacks and food for our visit. There is a coffee pot with filter, bar fridge and kitchen supplies so you can make things if you wish. There is also a convenience store on property. Everything is brand new and there is construction around you but we were not bothered by it and enjoy seeing the progress every time we go. They were planting baby palm trees along the beach during our last visit. Still such a new resort, there isnt very many people there during the week, but it gets busier on the weekends with people coming from Panama City. You can tell that the staff is new, but we found everyone very pleasant and helpful. We usually drive in to Coronado (approx 40 minutes) for dinner a few of the nights. Our favorite, The Picaso Restaurant and Bar is a lot of fun.
